Our Web site order line is open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Our Sales Office Landline is open 5 days a week, Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm. If our lines are busy then alternatively please send us an email request at sales@carbonclaw.com with the relevant information and we will deal with it as soon as deemed possible within a 24 hour period.

Products for Sale

Carbon Claw have many years of experience with the manufacturing quality of their goods and are 100% committed to ensure our customers receive an excellent product. To ensure our customers get the best out of our products please take heed to the Warning recommendations we promote to ensure Product use and Safety.

Product Use and Safety

All Carbon Claw Products are manufactured to ensure a safe level of use and to minimalize risk and injury when purchased from new.

Due to the nature of Combative Sports the performance of the products will diminish over a period of time and advise the user to regularly inspect their products for signs of wear and tear and replace when necessary.

It is the individual’s responsibility after a new purchase to ensure the products are used for the correct application as advertised and we cannot accept any liability for the misuse of product and any injuries incurred.

Sizes

We can exchange a product if the exchange is the same product but of a different size. All our sizes are well proven but we realise there may be small discrepancies and that customer perception of size variations can also vary. If in doubt with sizes when ordering then please contact us for assistance.

If you are wishing to return the item then please ensure you contact us first so we are aware of a pending returned item to arrive at our offices. When returning your exchanged item please adhere to our returns section within the Returns/Refund policy. Please label the package as Ref-Exchange.

Orders Placed

All orders placed will be dealt with as quickly and as deemed reasonably possible. If you create your own Customer Account Login you will be able to progress your order details, if for any reason your order acknowledgement is not received or registering on your account within 24 hours then please contact us at sales@carbonclaw.com

Please note that any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday may not get administered until the following Monday.

Placing Your Order

Please ensure that when placing your order that your name, address, post code, email address and contact no. are accurate as we do not want your goods being returned at our warehouse due to the carriers not being able to find you.

Most importantly incorrect or incomplete address information will result in your order being delayed but will also incur additional carriage costs to resend.

Delivery of Goods

Please note that due to a weekend a next day delivery option may be limited when ordering your goods on a Friday.

With all online orders our aim is to despatch the goods from our warehouse within 24 hrs using a standard 2-3 working day delivery service, along with additional carrier options to suit our customer needs.

All efforts will be made to process the order to you in the most efficient way possible.

With the best intentions and expectations, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, so to ensure as little disruption as possible our policy is to use only established recommended 3rd Party Carriers. Once the goods have been despatched from our warehouse we cannot be held fully responsible for any delays or delivery issues that come to light.

We will ensure our customers are kept up to date on the receipt of their order, as well as the despatch and expected delivery times of the order via account login information. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days then please contact us and we will enquire with the carriers on your behalf to locate your order.

Our standard delivery information is based on the despatch of goods to the U.K Mainland Only.

If you are a customer living in the Scottish Highlands or the surrounding islands off the U.K British mainland the delivery costs will differ and we will happily quote you for delivery.

International Orders -Shipping costs for all international orders received will be costed on an individual basis and  will forward a quotation of costs along with an expected shipping time.

Receipt of Goods

Please check your order is complete before signing and is not damaged in any way, it is your responsibility for the receipt of goods and asking a neighbour or 3rd party to sign and take in your goods may incur additional carriage costs if items are damaged incorrect or missing.

If your delivery has been damaged or all items are not present then only sign for the items received and/or sign as received but damaged and then please contact us.

As carriers generally deliver within the Working day we would advise you to enter the most appropriate address to receive the goods, a work place address could be advisable if you know you are working that day.

Failed Deliveries

To ensure we provide an efficient service of your order our carriers will require a signature to eliminate the goods being returned to us.

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address has been placed on the order and that you are available to receive and sign for the goods.
If a carrier has left a card due to a failed delivery attempt then you will be asked to contact them for revised delivery arrangements, or the option to collect the goods from their offices whichever suits your requirements. If the goods are returned to our warehouse due to an attempted non- delivery then we will expect a re-imbursement of the original shipping costs before resending the item/s.

If you would like to cancel the order than have it re-delivered then we will offer a full refund minus the original carriage costs to and from your destination. Carbon Claw cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries to the home and cannot accept charges for re-deliveries and any cancellation costs incurred due to missed communication between our customers and carriers.

Payment

All prices quoted include VAT @20%

Customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, carriage and any handling costs quoted or discussed at the period of purchase.

Out of Stock

Telephone Customers will only be charged for items in stock and available for immediate despatch.

If an item ordered online is temporarily out of stock and a card payment transaction has been accepted then we will contact you via your customer contact information to discuss any possible product alternatives.In the unlikely event that we cannot make contact with you then your order will stay pending until you can contact us, as we will not take payment for goods we cannot supply.

If a suggested alternative product option is not acceptable we can only apologise and will refund your monies accordingly.

Cheque Payments

If a cheque payment has been received and an item is currently running out of stock then we will discuss alternative product options but if not acceptable we can cancel the order for you and can dispose of the cheque or alternatively return the cheque via registered post at your cost.

All accepted cheque payments will require up to 10 working days for funds to clear before we can despatch the goods.

It is in our interests to ensure our customers experience an excellent product and service. We would like to ensure that the service we provide to get the goods to you is the best possible and will constantly monitor our service and any recommendations received.

Your Concerns are important to us and if we cannot address immediately we will acknowledge within 5 working days.
