Returns/Refund Policy

We operate a 28 day returns policy on any unwanted or faulty goods purchased online.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods once you have received them and you wish to return your unwanted items then we are happy to accept them under the terms stated below.

Carbon Claw reserves the right to refuse or refund goods that are not of re-saleable quality.

Cancellation and refunding of goods.

You may cancel your online order and/or notify us if you wish to return any unwanted items at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods. You can do this by either phone or email and quoting your name and order no. reference.

You then have a further 14 days to get the goods returned to us after notification. Please be aware that the cost of shipping the item/s to you and your returned delivery cost of the goods is non- refundable and we will refund the cost of the product only.

You must contact us first to let us know of the cancellation so as we can update the returns data on our system and also to know that it is arriving back to our returns department for further processing.

If you have a registered account then please log in and to contact us. In the form please choose that you wish to return an item and tell us the order number, the product and why you wish to return the item. Once received we will email you an RMA returns number which you must enclose with the product you are returning. Any items returned without and RMA will be rejected.

Unwanted or Exchanged Returns

You must return the goods to us in an unused condition with the original undamaged packaging along with an allocated returns order label and within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. Please ensure that you consider insurance or proof of posting for your own records as we cannot refund the item cost if we have not received the item so we would recommend a service such as Royal Mail recorded post.

Please note that if the goods are not adequately packaged and protected to avoid damage in transit, or fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in unused and undamaged condition we will refund the full cost of the item/s using the same payment method you used.

The cost of your return postage cannot be refunded.

Faulty returns and the refunding of goods.

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item please notify us either by phone or email quoting your name and order no. reference and we will ensure we can resolve the issue for you immediately.

Once it has been agreed that he item has a manufacturing default then upon receipt of the item we can proceed with either a replacement or refund whichever suits, if a replacement is chosen then we will not charge the delivery cost of the replacement.

With a faulty product reported we will require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.

We can only accept faulty returns from the original person who purchased the item, and not by someone other than the buyer.
