Our product warranty covers all genuine Carbon Claw branded products purchased from new against a material defect or a manufacturing fault.

We also stand by a general wear and tear policy which covers all our products for a minimum of 6-12 months as long as they are used in the correct environment and used for the correct purpose that they were designed for.

Carbon Claw cannot warranty a product that has been purchased used or second hand through a third party source without an original receipt of purchase when new.

To ensure customer satisfaction all warranty claims will be handled professionally and we will happily view each case matter on its own individual merit and circumstance.
